“Management Buy Outs: How to Complete a Smooth, Successful Sale”

Local professional and business support organisation Professional Liverpool would like to invite you to join them at a breakfast seminar looking at the Management Buy Out process and the funding options available.

Guest speakers include Greg Shields who led a buy out in 2007 and Keith Jordan who has significant knowledge of the buy out process both as a Managing Director and Chairman. Both will give you the opportunity to hear about the process from a business perspective.

Also speaking will be representatives from leading corporate finance advisors Brabners Stuart, Merseyside funding providers MSIF and NatWest. Jack Stopforth, CEO of the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce & Industry, will chair proceedings.

The event will take place at Brabners Chaffe Street’s  offices, 3rd Floor, Horton House, Exchange Flags, Liverpool L2 3YL on Thursday 26th January 2012 at 8.00am and will finish at around 10.15am.
